Mollie Miller, PT, CBIS, FST

Neuro Physical Therapist & Performance Coach

Hello, I’m Mollie!  As a Physical Therapist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist with 30 years of experience, I've helped countless people recover their movement and function- from neurological injuries to women's health challenges.

However, my most profound lessons didn't come from the clinic. They came from my own body.

Early in my career, a slow healing back injury left me stuck in a chronic pain cycle when traditional PT methods fell short.  It wasn't until I discovered Pilates Rehab and Fascia Bodywork that my body finally healed. It opened my eyes to the power of taking a holistic, mind body approach to recovery.

Years later, while experiencing peak caregiver fatigue as I cared for my dad through his stroke and cancer recovery, I was rescued by the deep restoratative practice of Yoga Nidra.

These personal experiences combined with decades of clinical practice confirmed that you can't build lasting strength on a burned-out body. You must restore it first.

That's why I created The Bliss Body Training System™- an integrative method combining Yoga Nidra, Fascia Bodywork, and Pilates. By calming your nervous system first, we release chronic tension and rebuild sustainable energy, mobility, and strength. My goal is to help you reconnect to your Peaceful, Powerful, Playful Body so you can continue serving others while reclaiming the energy to enjoy a life you love.
"Mollie is a compassionate,  supportive advocate & mentor. She is a well rounded Physical Therapist & highly skilled in so many areas Women's Health, Pilates, Yoga, Wellness, NDT, & Case Management."

"Surgery or pain meds are not your only options to be pain-free from scoliosis. Fascia Stretch Therapy™ has been my salvation. Working with Mollie has helped me have uninterrupted sleep and I am without constant pain. It's even hard for me to believe."
- Ann F.

I was suffering from plantar fasciitis for 6 months but tried to ignore the pain and kept running. Mollie gave me a program that addressed the root problem (my hips and posture) plus recommended tweaks to my "lifestyle" which helped me return to running pain-free in a few weeks. It's 2 years later, I'm running several times a week, & the pain never came back. I use the exercises & tools from Mollie to take care of my body & stay pain-free.
-Isabel Serrano, PhD, Health Coach

Mollie is very in touch with the mind-body connection, and is a great resource if you are looking for a holistic approach to healthcare. Throughout the years, she has helped my overall health by being a sounding board for how your thoughts & emotional issues affect your physical health. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to create a balanced lifestyle.
